Article 43. Prescription des infractions
1. Les infractions légères se prescrivent par un an, les infractions graves par trois ans et les infractions très graves par cinq ans.
2. Le délai de prescription des infractions court à compter du jour où elles ont été commises.
3. Ce délai de prescription est interrompu par l'ouverture du dossier de sanction correspondant.
