Article 47. Prescription des infractions et des sanctions
1. Les infractions très graves se prescrivent par cinq ans ; les infractions graves, par trois ans ; et les infractions légères, par un an.
2. Les sanctions imposées pour des infractions très graves se prescrivent par cinq ans ; celles imposées pour des infractions graves, par trois ans ; et celles imposées pour des infractions légères, par un an.
