Article 18. Personal
1. Els serveis tècnics del CRAJ el formen el Servei Jurídic, el Servei d’Inspecció i el Servei Pressupostari i Comptable, i, complementàriament als indicats, els serveis administratius.
2. El règim jurídic del personal és el previst en la normativa laboral de caràcter general vigent al Principat d’Andorra. Les retribucions del personal són determinades pel contracte segons la legislació laboral vigent.
