En cap supòsit, les institucions d'assegurances socials, companyies asseguradores o altres entitats, no podran exercir cap mena d'acció reclamatòria contra el Fons per prestacions o indemnitzacions, de qualsevulla mena, que hagin abonat a perjudicats o a drethavents.
