En cessar les seves activitats una companyia, totalment o només en la branca d'assegurança de vehicles automòbils, les seves aportacions, inicial, anual o, en el seu cas, suplementària, quedaran a favor del Fons sense dret a reclamar-ne cap reemborsament.
